Community Business Partners

We could not do what we do at STEP without the help of several amazing business partners in our community.  Community partners work with us to do mock interviews, job shadowing, and host STEP students in non-paid internships. Internships are scheduled 2-4 days a week for a few hours a day and usually last about 6-8 weeks.  We have partnerships in various fields such as food service, janitorial service, education, health care, warehouse work, retail, automotive, and more!  Internships provide students with opportunities to learn hard and soft job skills.  We have also had several interns offered paid positions at their internship sites this year.  We are so grateful for the support of all of our local businesses!
